Hi hi, People of Breet.

I'm Demilade, and I lead the Customer Success team here at Breet.

As we gear up for the launch of Breet 3.0, I wanted to take a moment to share how you - yes, you - have played a major role in shaping this next chapter for us.

I also want to give you an interesting peek into what this journey has been like so far for the Customer Service department at Breet.

From funny queries that made us laugh to others that have sparked some creative thinking behind the scenes, we knew we wanted to build Breet 3.0 to reflect the wants of our users — custom-fit, like a glove.

We took surveys, and we gathered the most interesting responses:

“Can Breet help me pick up my package from the USA and deliver it to Nigeria?”

“Can you help me withdraw money from a bank in the USA? I have over $500k.” ,

And of course, our all-time favourite, “Is there a way Breet can sing for me when I log in?”

While we can’t exactly deliver packages or hold concerts (though we would love to), we did receive some really great responses, and every feedback reminded us of just how much you rely on us and how we can continue to expand our offerings in a meaningful way.

Your Feedback, Our Roadmap

With Breet 3.0, we didn’t just respond to your feedback — we built around them. So, in a sense, YOU built Breet 3.0.

Let me take you through some of the conversations that brought these features to life:

"Can you tell me when the rate changes?" - Well, we heard you loud and clear! In Breet 3.0, you'll finally get the ability to set up price alerts.

"I hate crypto but I want customers to pay me with it" - Now business owners can effortlessly accept cryptocurrency payments in just minutes, without worrying about market volatility.

"Where's my referral code and where can I find the withdrawal icon?" - You asked, and we made sure you could access everything you need without hunting around like you are looking for bush meat. Now, all your major actions are at the center with just a tap away!

"I want to buy data and pay bills through the app" - With Breet 3.0, you can pay bills right inside the app. No more switching between apps or tabs.

"I need better information to make smart crypto trading decisions!" - With Breet 3.0's Market Insights feature, you'll have everything you need to make informed trading decisions.
