Background
Bluucash is a fintech mobile wallet co-founded by Isaac Wayne, built to make crypto accessible to everyday users, as easy and familiar to use as naira.
The Challenge
People didn't feel that crypto was real money, the way cash is. Closing that gap and making crypto feel as ordinary and usable as naira became the core problem Bluucash set out to solve.
Why Breet?
Breet removed the blockchain complexity from Bluucash's build entirely. “Breet actually made our heavy lifting very easy for us, because we didn't have to deal with blockchain technology at any point,” Wayne said. “Integrating the API was straightforward, and the documentation was crisp.”
Integration
KYB approval took about two weeks, following an incomplete initial submission that was corrected before moving forward. From there, the sandbox stage took just three days, followed by integration, testing, and beta testing; a pace Wayne described simply as “very fast.”
Results
After integrating Breet's API, Bluucash removed the blockchain complexity standing between users and their crypto. Crypto on Bluucash became spendable and transferable like naira, with none of the underlying mechanics visible to the user.
